Delete your account

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Kiu app:

1. Open the Kiu app and sign in.
2. Go to the "Profile" tab.
3. Enter "My Account".
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
5. Confirm the action in the dialog.
6. Your account is deleted immediately: you're signed out, device tokens are removed, and your account and associated data are deleted.

If you can't sign in to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@getkiu.com from the email address registered on your account. Please include "Account Deletion Request" and your full name / account email in the message.

We process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe (up to 30 days).

Deleted:

• Profile data: name, email, phone number, and photo.
• Favorites history.
• Session and push notification tokens.
• Account credentials.

Anonymized, not deleted:

Records of transactions and appointments you were part of aren't erased outright — instead, we strip out anything that identifies you personally. What's left is anonymous data that keeps the accounting and service history intact for the businesses you interacted with, without it being tied back to you in any way.
