Terms of Service

By registering for an account or using any aspect of the Kiu platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

Our platform is intended for professional use within the beauty and wellness industry. Users must be at least 18 years of age to create a business account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify Kiu immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

To provide a high-quality experience, users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep their business profile information updated.

Kiu provides a comprehensive suite of tools for beauty business management, including but not limited to: online booking, staff scheduling, client relationship management (CRM), point of sale (POS) integration, and automated marketing tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will endeavor to provide notice of significant changes that may impact your business operations.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be charged where applicable. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension of access to your account data.

Processing fees for client payments made through the platform are handled by our third-party payment processors and are subject to their own terms and conditions.

The Kiu platform, including its code, design, features, and brand elements, is the exclusive property of Kiu and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your business operations.

You retain all rights to the data you upload (client lists, booking history). By using Kiu, you grant us a license to host and process this data solely to provide the service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we strive for 99.9% uptime.
